DEPOSITS / BOOKING FEES
Non-Refundable Booking Fee:
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable and serves as a deposit for your reservation. It will be credited toward the final price of your tattoo. By paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our booking terms.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new date. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited, regardless of the reason. The deposit compensates for the reserved time slot, planning, and preparation. We do not offer refunds for client-initiated cancellations.

If Calavera Ink Berlin has to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will either be transferred to a new date or fully refunded upon request.

No Refunds:
Due to the permanent nature of tattoos, we do not offer refunds if you are unhappy with the result. We prioritize open communication throughout the design and tattooing process to ensure your expectations are met.

Complimentary Touch-Ups:
We offer one free touch-up session within 6 months of your original tattoo appointment, provided you followed our aftercare instructions. Touch-ups due to poor aftercare may require an extra fee.
Cover-Ups:
Cover-up tattoos might take two sessions, depending on the design and the original tattoo. If the cover-up isn't fully saturated after the first session, the second session is on us. After that, any additional sessions are billed at our standard rate.
Free Touch-Ups: We offer one free touch-up session within 6 months of your original appointment, provided you followed our aftercare instructions. Touch-ups due to poor aftercare will cost extra. Cover-Ups: Cover-up tattoos can take two sessions depending on the design and the existing piece. If the cover-up isn't fully covered after session one, your next touch-up is free. Any sessions after that will be billed at our regular rate.
